Responsibilities
- Claims management from start to finish
- Inform, assist, and help customers
- Negotiating with the various parties
- Welcome customers
- Help with policy management
Must Have
- PCP certificate / legal practice / master's degree
- Being able to interpret a policy
- Customer focus and customer friendliness
- Collegiality, involved
- Ability to work autonomously
Nice to have
- Experience in claims management
- Knowledge of BrokerCloud
- Bilingualism French/Dutch and/or English/Dutch
- Master's degree
